Believe it or not, I once found myself in a very similar position that
you find yourself in now.  I was newly engaged and wanted to plan
the wedding that I had always dreamed of.  As part of the early
planning I contacted a caterer that I had been working for, for many
years.  I never knew what she was charging people but, we were
always so busy that I knew it couldn't be that bad, otherwise people
wouldn't be booking us.  When I received her bid in the mail I was
completely shocked.  In that moment I realized what I wanted to do
with the rest of my life and how I was going to do it.  

I never want another Bride or client to feel the way that I did that
day.  We ended up catering our own wedding and that is how my
business began.  The idea of course being to be as affordable and
reasonable as possible.  I look forward to helping you make your
